Payment will not be taken at the time of registration. Select preferred payment method at registration.

Space in these classes will be limited in an effort to stay safe. Equity & Waitlist Members will receive priority. After submitting a registration form, PLEASE CONSIDER YOUR CHILD(REN) SUCCESSFULLY REGISTERED & HOLDING A SPOT UNLESS OTHERWISE CONTACTED OR TOLD BY CPTC STAFF MEMBER!!! If you wish to cancel or change your registration it must be done before March 1st. Otherwise, you will be charged 50%
Member Account - Central Park account will be billed.
Credit Card - If paying by CC (all non-members), you will need to call our front desk @ (425) 822 - 2206 to leave your payment info on file. If you already have a card on file with us you do not need to do it again. Your card will not be charged until half way through the session.
